As a Project Administrator I assist PMs with project documents from start to finish of each job. I am responsible for spec edits, compiling project documents and implimenting changes by the engineers. I\'m responsible for making sure deliverables are shipped out on time and distributed according to the scope of work. I also assist in projects with Title II services in managing RFIs and Submittals. As well as a Project Administrator, I am a Facility Security Officer. My responsibilities include managing the security of our facility as well as the personnel.In addition to project support and FSO duties, I help maintain our office by keeping all supplies in stock, equipment running, and pretty much the employees happy.
