Well versed in the skillfully crafted techniques of handmade boot-making & shoe-making made domestically in the USA. International experience includes travel to Brazil, Mexico & Asia to work directly with factories and carry out product development.Material knowledge includes an extensive use of fabric, genuine leather, & exotic skins not readily used in the marketplace. Knowing the characteristics of these exotic skins and how to appropriately use them has become a rare and valuable trade.Proficient in hand sketched illustrations, Adobe Illustrator renderings, detailed tech-pack creation, custom hardware design, pattern & prototype revisions, fit trials, material sourcing, color & material analysis, extensive trend research & overall line management.
