Holly is responsible for business affairs and commercial support across BBC Studios\' scripted production hubs and its indie portfolio. Leading a team of 25 lawyers and legal execs, Holly supports BBC Studios\' Drama and Comedy labels, together with its wholly or majority-owned indies (Clerkenwell, House, Sid Gentle, Lookout Point, Firebird and Baby Cow). As a member of the Scripted HQ team, Holly works directly with COO (Saul Venit), MD (Mark Linsey) and other heads of department to determine the commercial and strategic direction of the genre. In addition to providing the full spectrum of development and production advice and support, Holly and her team provide astute commercial advice in relation to all aspects of co-production and content investment, securing excellent rights-in deals for content which will feed BBC Studios\' distribution pipeline.As one of the key pillars of BBC Studios\' business, Scripted is in a phase of ambitious growth, recently reinforcing its presence in the US by establishing a new LA Productions label. The Scripted portfolio produces over 400 hours of high quality global content a year. Recent highlights include Baby Reindeer (Netflix), Sherwood (BBC), Two Four (ITVX), Wilderness (Amazon), The Jetty (BBC), Renegade Nell (Disney+), A Good Girl\'s Guide to Murder (BBC, ZDF, Netflix), Changing Ends 2 (ITVX), Good Omens (Amazon) and Doctor Who (BBC and D+). Holly is a registered mentor (acting via the Creative Access Scheme) and a trained Mental Health First Aider. In her spare time, she is working towards achieving a CMI Senior Strategic Leadership certification from Cranfield School of Management.
