ABOUT HOLLY MCMULLEN

A motivated and enthusiastic Sales/Consult, Sustainability Specialist, project developer, with onsite experience independently and with a team. Experienced working in fast paced environments with exceptional communication skills to connect with all levels of employees at all levels of an organization. Strong project development skills and an eye for where my skills are needed. Background including but not limited to maintaining client accounts, sales, negotiations and working with disgruntled clients. Ability to perform efficiently in a team environment or independently as needed and skilled in prioritizing workloads under pressure while delivering high quality work in a timely fashion. My skills and my strengths are communication, research, project development, and leadership.The ability to adapt to the continuous changes, not being afraid to try something new and simply ask for what you want is what determines your success. For over 5 years now I have worked in the Sustainability industry focused in Sustainability options including Solar, Waste to Energy/heat Technology, EVCharging and most recently certified in TPO,EPDM and green roofs. I began in residential and found my true talent in commercial. I found my passion in the commercial industry because I love the research involved in what would be most effective and make the most financial sense to invest. One thing every large or small company has in common is where they can save money and going green is becoming a priority. I have had to develop my own projects with companies and facilities. I have literally had to hit the pavement networking and looking for opportunities with companies interested in sustainability options. I developed a platform and have not stopped building since! If one option didn\'t make sense I would research others. A lot of the last four years involved countless hours of research, unpaid at that!When I started college I began with a focus in Creative Writing and Environmental Law. I graduated with my Bachelors of Science and a minor in Environmental Science. I have a love for helping people, the environment, businesses and creative content writing. Before I began a career in the Sustainability Industry, I worked for many different lawyers as an independent contract worker doing side jobs in research and as a Process Server. Though I work in the Environmental and Sustainability Industry, I have many Creative Content works going. Given the opportunity I would jump both feet onto a Creative Content Development team.
