In a competitive candidate driven market, I specialize in full time talent, salary negotiations, and sharing crucial feedback from candidates to improve an overall candidate experience for hiring teams. My experience in negotiating began as a Realtor in I found my sweet spot helping first time home buyers in Michigan find the right home without maxing out their loan to debt ratio.
