Manage the IET Faraday programme with responsibility for the ongoing day-to-day management and evolution of all the products within the Faraday portfolio. • Liaise with and manage relationships both with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure the effective development, delivery and promotion of all products within the Faraday portfolio. • Implement effective formative and developmental research and reviews to ensure all activities in development meet the needs and expectations of the target end user. • Manage the preparation and delivery of the Faraday Challenge Day National Final and other events relating to the programme. • Work with the marketing department to ensure product awareness and utilisation amongst the target audience. • Undertake the role of Senior Content Editor for the IET Faraday learning resources and website to ensure high standards and strategic objectives are met. • Manage the social media accounts associated with IET Faraday including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest. • Manage the IET Faraday programme budget and contribute to the reporting and business planning associated with the programme. • Seek sponsorship and collaborative opportunities for product development and delivery with organisations that complement Faraday topics and align with the IET strategy and ethos. • Line manager responsibilities to motivate and develop team members to achieve high performance.
