I am currently leading a small, dedicated team supporting older adults age 50+ living with mental illness, to address loneliness and social isolation. We work across Liverpool and Sefton, collaborating closely with Mersey Care, other VCFSE providers and community mental health services to provide bespoke one-to-one support, encouraging independence in accessing local community provision to increase confidence and improve wellbeing.
