Design and deliver business course curriculum for online classes and brick/mortar classes. Subject matter includes: Introduction to Business, Marketing Your Image, Principles of Retailing, Customer Service, Leadership, Introduction to Business, Principles of Sales, Business Communication, Human Relations. Classes are interactive, include class participation, group work, presentation skills, and offer a sense of community learning through engaging course work and hands on learning experiences. • Serve as a mentor/resource for students through career guidance, business strategy, and planning. Work with students both on campus and online providing ongoing support for student success. Assist students with interview pack perfection including resume, cover letter, reference page, thank you letter, mock interview skills, and LinkedIn profile. Guidance offered via Zoom, text, phone, as needed by students meeting their schedule needs. • Create master syllabus/digital instructional materials and teach classes both online and face to face with digital content, multi-media, and use of all available technology. Maintain course materials, student communication, and gradebook online as well as create/manage online discussion boards as an element of each course. New course development experience as well as creating courses with only OER materials.
