ABOUT HOLLY LOWES-BOND
I started my career as a Commercial Graduate in M&S in 1995 and within a year moved into HR, 25 years later I returned to an operational leadership role. My career has been focused within the service industries of retail and hospitality where my passion for contributing to an exceptional customer experience is reflected in the desire to enhance colleague engagement and development. Whilst my roles have in the main been generalist, creating and implementing change into the businesses I have worked for has always played a fundamental part. I am highly ambitious in my pursuit of delivery for our customers and colleagues which in turn I believe will drive business success, this is balanced by my leadership style which is nurturing. Developing credible and trusted relationships has been a key enabler for me throughout my career, coupled with a curious and questioning mind where I will comfortably challenge the status quo and actively provide a new perspective.
