As an experienced licensed clinical social worker and wellness educator, I value compassion, communication, and engagement above all else. These core values always work their way into my individual counseling sessions, group workshops, company-wide training, and community engagements.I am driven by my desire to help those around me, whether it be one on one or on a larger social impact scale. This desire motivates me to challenge myself as a leader while also continuously learning from those around me. I also keep a list of research interests as I intend to continue my involvement with research on some level.My years of work experience – from counselor and coordinator to educator and coach – have afforded me the ability to gain unique life experiences, making me a better, more well-rounded professional.
