Phinney Bischoff is a brand strategy and design firm, based in the Pacific Northwest. I am a left brain thinker working in a right brain environment. While some people might not enjoy this, I love it! I work with amazing people where we create beautiful and meaningful brand experiences that work hard for your brand and connect on a very human level.I am a resourceful leader who helps guide process and works hard to build teams that also thrive. I have a deep understanding of people, brand & business, this is garnered from 20+ years in marketing, client services, HR, recruiting and business operations. I recognize that running a business is both an art and a science (and a big dose of humility), and it takes excellence at both to succeed. Sometimes this means steadiness and sometimes it means being able to change courses on a dime. It always means tapping into my communication skills to bring out the best in the people around me.Phinney Bischoff expertise encompasses a wide range of services including, Brand Development, Storytelling, Messaging, Identity Systems, Brand Communications, Branded Environments, Advertising, Collateral, Packaging and all things Digital. We have 40+ years of experience and have worked with many recognized brands in the Seattle area and beyond. We have deep expertise working with Non-Profits, Healthcare, Higher Education and Financial Services. We enjoy working with brands that make a difference in our world and impact our community in a positive way.My role includes financial management, client service, project management, operations, business and resource planning, budgeting, HR and recruiting as well as business development.I also love puppies!
