Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans for growth in Lifelong Learning Division• Ensure quality programming and excellent customer service for Adult and Youth enrichment classes, workshops, and camps• Supervise programing and support staff, develop staff goals, conduct evaluations• Establish positive relationships with district principals and other district staff• Work collaboratively with Facilities staff to ensure smooth-running programs in district buildings• Monitor program revenues, enrollments, and budgets; responsible for meeting Lifelong Learning revenue goals• Utilize various strategies (e-newsletters, social media, etc.) to engage the community in Lifelong Learning programs• Contribute to creation of five catalogs per year, and ensure that registration information, handbooks, and other materials are updated and distributed as needed • Serve as member of the Rec & Ed Management Team, and serve as spokesperson on relevant committees and at district and community events
