I am a globally minded professional passionate about international exchange, cross-cultural communication, and advancing women’s leadership. My journey has taken me from a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship and Critical Language Scholarship in Brazil to managing international exchange programs with Global Ties Iowa and Cultural Vistas.Now at the International Women’s Forum, I lead all logistical and administrative support for the Leadership Fellows Program which is designed to accelerate women’s paths to executive leadership by addressing key barriers such as access to training, mentorship, and professional networks.

The Leadership Fellows Program is designed to accelerate women’s paths to the C-suite or executive leadership. The program addresses three key barriers consistently identified in global research as hindering women\'s advancement: access to appropriate leadership training, mentoring, and professional networks. I serve as the main point of contact for all logistics and administrative support for the Leadership Fellows Program. My responsibilities include managing travel, lodging, program materials, conference registrations, participant deliverables, and coordinating both virtual and in-person meetings. I also liaise with speakers and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the program.
