Conducts and coordinates investigations in Public Integrity, Use of Force, and Civil Rights matters.• Conducts and coordinates financial fraud and corruption investigations involving high profile public figures and elected officials. • Coordinates and serves as liaison with local, state, federal and multinational law enforcement agencies on collaborative investigations.• Coordinates with local, state, federal and multinational law enforcement agencies to manage the collection and retention of police personnel records and creates and manages databases for use at trial. • Assists prosecutors in preparation of cases for trial by evaluation and analysis of investigative work by law enforcement agencies.• Locates and interviews witnesses, victims, and other persons deemed to be involved in a criminal investigation. • Provides security, including transportation, for victims and witnesses during courtroom appearances and proceedings and transports prisoners and evidence to and from courthouse/jail complex. • Advise, plan, and conduct security and protection assignments for executives, dignitaries, and elected officials as part of the dignitary protection detail. • Conducts criminal/public integrity grand jury investigations and cases by collecting and analyzing data. • Testifies in court as an expert witness in Use of Force and other matters. • Analyzes and prepares audio and video evidence related to surveillance, security systems, and police officer videos for use at trial.• Assists in the preparation and presentation of courtroom trial material. • Serves and assists with subpoenas, citations, arrest, and search warrants.
