About Holly Glover

Holly has over a decade of experience working in educational organizations, in both operational and fundraising capacities. She believes that all children have a fundamental right to an excellent education, and works towards that ideal by building authentic relationships across lines of difference, inspiring change by establishing a compelling vision and executing with fidelity, and using data to drive improvement. Her key accomplishments include:· Raising $6M+ annually from Silicon Valley funders in support of Teach For America· Conducting research and co-authoring a study Evaluating CA School District Accountability Framework with Policy Analysis for California Education (PACE) while acquiring a Master’s Degree from Stanford University· Leading efforts to establish Alpha Public Schools, a network of college prep, blended learning public charter schools, serving at-risk students in Silicon Valley, where she built and managed all non-academic functions of the organization – including successful applications for state and federal grants and significant contract negotiations at the local and county level
