   As CHRO for the leader in fluid applications systems, I maintain and grow company staff by establishing a hiring, testing and interviewing program, as well as develop and administer various human resources plans, policies and procedures for all company employees. I counsel managers on candidate selection; I conduct hiring efforts, write and places advertisements, work with supervisors to screen and interview candidates, conduct reference checks, extend job offers and prepare onboarding for new employees. I also develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, as well as supervising all payroll functions. Given that great benefits are a major attractor for employees, I evaluate what types of benefits are best to support employees’ personal and professional well-being.I also:• Develop and evaluate department records, goals, objectives and systems• Perform benefits administration that includes enrollment, reporting, notice distribution and annual re-evaluation of policies • Create, record and submit (as needed) compliance records for payroll, benefits, workers compensation, unemployment and leave• Administer and manage onboarding meetings, performance evaluations, employee questions and concerns and exit interviews• Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database• Assist with planning and administering company events• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws
