Currently under construction (slated to open September 2023), Spero Center at The Meadows is a new cutting-edge 40-bed inpatient unit, which will provide specialized care for subacute and complex presenting issues, including those who would benefit from additional support and a safe setting before transitioning to another MBH program. As Executive Director, Dr. Doolin is responsible for overseeing all operational and facility needs, clinical and support staff, and clinical service delivery to patients and their families. Dr. Doolin has been delighted to be involved in all aspects of opening a new facility, such as working with the architect to ensure the space meets patient needs, collaborating on website content and design, and building out initial clinical programming.
