Manage five Individual Certification Exams, certifying individuals in 128 countries, to ensure continued validity and reliability. • Spearheaded creation of 13 new programs, including content creation, editing, and launch.• Manage ICP’s relationship with 40-50 volunteer industry Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), to ensure the availability of appropriate human resources needed to develop and maintain the exams.o Ensure that SMEs continue to follow best practices in the development of exam questions. • Coordinate 2 to 3 in-person/hybrid workshops a year with an average of 20 SMEs to write and review exam questions.• Coordinate 20 to 30 conference calls a year with between 5 and 10 SMEs and vendor representatives to review exam forms and determine candidate challenges.• Supervise three translation vendors to ensure exams are translated into Chinese, Korean, and Spanish in a timely manner and answer technical questions.• Manage ICP\'s ANAB/ANSI ISO 17024 accreditation (2020 - current)o Develop ICP’s Test Development policies, procedures, work instructions, and other documentation. o Ensure ICP’s compliance to all policies and procedures and ISO 17024 requirements.o Maintain all certification scheme records.o Oversee ICP’s annual Risk Assessment and Management Reviewso Auditee in ICP’s Internal and ANSI audits• Participated as part of the Audit team for the Center for Offshore Safety’s internal audit in 2022.• Contract officer for all ICP’s contracts.20••••14• Set up and manage all paper-based examination sites domestically and overseas• Worked with foreign entities to market and established new testing sites
