ABOUT HOLLY DAVIS

As a Human Resources Specialist at Motorola Solutions, I support talent acquisition and management for a global leader in telecommunications and public safety solutions. I collaborate with managers, hiring managers, recruiters, employees, and new hires to ensure a smooth and positive working experience. I\'ve also contributed to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.I am currently working towards a Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management and my CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.I spent over six years in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry. As a manager, I supervised various snow and ice activities, overseeing a large team and delivering high-quality customer service. I also demonstrated my leadership and creativity by organizing large-scale events, including Santa\'s Winter Wonderland, which attracted thousands of visitors. My passion for ice skating also led me to achieve multiple levels and awards in the sport.I hold a BA in Business Enterprise accredited by the University of Birmingham, where I gained valuable knowledge in entrepreneurship, innovation, and management. I have also completed a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management, which enhanced my understanding and competence in human resources practices and principles. I am motivated to continue my career path in human resources, applying my skills and experience to make a positive impact on organizations and their people.
