Execute on the Firm\'s vision to globalize, modernize, and scale the overall HR Operations function. • Responsible for managing global teams of HR Operations professionals charged with data entry in to the Firm\'s Core HCM, Time, Absence, and Benefits modules, as well as supervise and lead the team\'s Analysts with respect to system setup, reporting and analysis of the same. Includes creating and sending reports to Firm management, for use in decision-making.• People data domain owner, steward and facilitator. Responsible for ensuring the Firm\'s people data is accurate and reliable, consulting on and providing requirements for reporting using People data, maintaining a business glossary of terms, liaising on the use of HR data upstream and downstream (data lineage), data security, and data sensitivity classifications.• Participate in all HR Operations/data-related process improvement initiatives such as the implementation of an online candidate onboarding tool, including integration with the Firm\'s HCM system, PeopleSoft. Continuously implementing process improvement to enhance team efficiencies. • Lead HR, Time, and Absence module implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes. Includes ensuring the Firm\'s Core HCM remains compliant with various state and country regulations.• Liaise consistently with other key functions including Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, HRBP, HRIS and Technology teams.
