ABOUT HOLLY DAVIS
Just keeping it authentic. I love working in healthcare. I thrive on data and creativity, and have a passion for leading and helping people. I am an avid learner, teacher, and mentor. I am blessed to work in a rural community for Bingham Healthcare. My leadership journey started young with 4-H and FFA training. I led as our high school’s first girl Student Body President and went on to be the first person in my family to graduate with a college degree. I have been blessed to work in nursing for 30 years and I continue to grow as the forces shift and the world changes. I have been able to weave my education, nursing, and leadership experiences together to morph and face these constant challenges. Being a leader in population-health has completely shifted my understanding of compassionate, quality care. Coordinating our system to work for the patient has been the most powerful, enlightening work I’ve ever done.
