Vice President, Associate General Counsel - Shared Services & Network Management, Kaiser Permanente. In this senior legal leadership role, I\'m responsible for managing a high-performing team of lawyers and paralegals, delivering comprehensive legal support to global enterprise shared services and the provider management network. This responsibility includes supporting supply chain, sourcing, pharmacy, technology transactions, offshoring, and provider contracting. My key responsibilities encompass overseeing a broad portfolio of vendor and provider issues, contracts and disputes that arise in the operations of a U.S-based,$90 billion integrated healthcare system. I actively collaborate with senior leadership, providing strategic legal and negotiation advice, evaluating and mitigating legal and commercial risks, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Additionally, I skillfully handle relationships with external legal counsel, including budgeting and coordinating their services. I have previously held additional positions as the Head of Legal Operations and Assistant General Counsel, Corporate and Commercial Law.
