I am a Higher Education Leader with 15+ years of experience in admissions, international education, and student success & engagement. Throughout my career, I have partnered with U.S. and international institutions to design life-changing programs, build strong enrollment pipelines, and create meaningful student life experiences.My professional journey has included:Admissions & Enrollment: Reviewing domestic and international applications and credentials, establishing admissions processes, and cultivating partnerships with global agents and institutions.International Education: Designing and managing study abroad programs, developing customized inbound programs, and connecting students with valuable experiential learning opportunities.Student Affairs & Engagement: Launching student services, advising student government and organizations, and organizing large-scale campus events that foster leadership, belonging, and community.I bring a student-centered and relationship-driven approach, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments, manage complex logistics, and motivate students to achieve their academic and personal goals.
