I have a passion for transformation and coaching, and I aim to make a difference! I do this work as both a finance professional in business and as a nutrition practitioner helping people to realise their health goals.As a qualified finance professional I partner business and finance teams with strong communication and project management skills to help with transition and transformation.As a qualified nutrition practitioner I have built my own clinical practice to transform the lives of people with digestive problems (e.g. IBS, diverticulitis, constipation, diarrhoea) finding clues as a \'digestive detective\' and practical solutions to help them break free from the pain and hassle of digestive troubles without significant dietary restrictions. I can inspire others since I reclaimed my own health with nutrition and lifestyle changes. I know how hard it is to live with digestive problems, lose the enjoyment of eating, fear leaving the house, and struggle with pain and tiredness every day.
