ABOUT HOLLIS LAMON

Hollis M. Lamon graduated from Mercer University with a degree in political science. After working alongside Senator Sam Nunn as a tax aide in Washington for a year, Lamon founded Lamon & Callaway in 1979 before establishing Lamon and Stern in 1991. Hollis Lamon specializes in 401k growth retirement planning, maintaining and growing retirement income, 401k bench comparisons and corporate retirement advisement. With this knowledge, Lamon has assisted retirement professionals in making sound investments that has helped them prepare for their future. As a registered municipal principal, options principal and investment advisor, Hollis Lamon has also worked side by side with third party marketers and administrative firms. Other titles, achievements and duties include: • President of Strategic Advisors, Inc, a registered investment advisor firm. Hollis is able to provide clients with 401k retirement planning, aid in maintaining retirement income. • Has attained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. He also maintains the Plan Sponsor Retirement Professional designation. • AIF designation signifying training in fiduciary responsibility. Affiliations: the Cap Center for Capital executive education program at the Joseph M. Katz graduate school. Students are educated in fiduciary standards of care and investment practices designed for trustees and investment professionals. • Hollis also maintains the Plan Sponsor Retirement Professional designation. Lamon is involved in a multitude of civic endeavors including the Atlanta Young Life initiative to aid students enrolled at inner city schools. Mr. Lamon has spoken at employee benefits and estate planning seminars and has served as a panel member at various pension conferences. Hollis is married to the former Jane Threlkeld of Atlanta, Georgia and has two sons, Hunter and Austin.
