With over 16 years of experience in finance and administration, I am a results-oriented and versatile leader who has overseen the financial and operational aspects of leading providers of residential and commercial construction services. I’ve manage the bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions, as well as the Human Resources, customer service, and compliance activities. I have also supported the strategic planning and business development initiatives of multiple companies. As a finance and administration director, I have improved the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting systems, reduced the overhead costs by 15%, and increased the cash flow by 25%. I have also implemented CRM software, enhanced customer satisfaction and retention rates, and strengthened internal controls and policies. In addition, I have recruited, trained, and supervised a team of 10 staff members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. I have a strong background in accounting and business management, having earned an AS degree from South Louisiana Community College and a certification from Acadiana Area Career College.
