I’m an executive leader at the intersection of people, operations, and strategy, focused on building and scaling systems that enable organizations to operate effectively and deliver consistent results. At Boldly, I lead People Operations, Recruiting, and Team Operations for a global, distributed workforce of 115+ employees across the US and UK. As a member of the executive leadership team, I help define and drive people and operational strategy, translating it into scalable systems spanning hiring, onboarding, performance, and employee experience, and leading a team responsible for delivering these programs end to end. My role spans both strategic decision-making and operational execution, shaping how the organization scales, supports its people, and delivers consistently for clients. My work is centered on building high-quality, sustainable organizations, particularly during periods of growth and change. This has included driving a multi-year improvement in workforce retention from 74% to 90.6%, redesigning hiring and assessment frameworks to strengthen quality of hire, and implementing systems that improve manager effectiveness, clarity, and team performance at scale. I bring a cross-functional, execution-focused approach—connecting people strategy, operational systems, and business outcomes. I’m particularly interested in how organizations translate strategy into day-to-day execution through well-designed programs, clear communication, and enabling technology.
