Charter Communications – Manager, Video Operations May 2017 – present• Responsible for bridging the gap between Programming/Product and Network Operations/Video Operations. Content Management is responsible for all programming changes enterprise wide for all three legacy companies (Charter Communications, Time Warner & Bright House Networks). Engaging many verticals for content driven work. Including NetOps/Video-Core, Transport, Encoding (Classic and ABR), Edge (Linear), Systems (SDV & Controller) teams, Guide Operations, Inside Plant, Monitoring and logo team.• Manage key project initiatives and process change flow within the Video Operations team. • Support the Jira administrative team for Channel Intakes and workflow processes with the Jira tool – ongoing project. UAT tester.• Set expectation to leadership regarding scope, timeline, and quality of deliverables to ensure contractual and business obligations are met. • Support the Acquisitions team for all Satellite changes, code downloads and frequency changes.• Facilitate/ communicate Code Red (Programming Negotiations) activity to the various verticals within the Charter Organization.
