The Program Leader leads and supervises Extension Educators located throughout Minnesota; ensures that programs meet defined strategic goals and are research-informed, high quality, and impactful; oversees all Leadership and Civic Engagement budgets, and seeks out funding to advance programs; and works with the educator team to developing internal and external partnerships that will advance the mission of Leadership and Civic Engagement, and create new opportunities for staff and programs.
