15+ years at Meador Staffing ServicesSr. Executive Sourcing Specialist Born and raised in Pasadena, TX, my journey with Meador Staffing began in 2005 through my high school Co-Op program, where I started in the data entry department. While attending Texas A&M University, I continued working in various roles, including front desk receptionist and data entry specialist. After graduating with a Bachelor’s in Communications and a minor in English, I stepped into a full-time Staffing Consultant role in our Pasadena Temp Division in 2011. Since then, I’ve held several roles, including Recruiting Director, and in 2016, I moved into the direct hire department as an Executive Sourcing Specialist.As an Executive Sourcing Specialist, I spend my days using multiple platforms to find the right caliber ofcandidates for the roles I’m working on. I connect daily with both clients and candidates, forging strong, lasting relationships. From sourcing and screening to submitting top talent and scheduling interviews, I take pride in being a reliable and responsive partner in the hiring process. I especially love working on positions in management, operations, customer service, sales, business development, and engineering—but truthfully, I’m always up for the challenge of any role.
