About Holland Mowry
I am currently a fourth-year journalism major at the University of Georgia with a focus in creative design and sports media. I am looking to gain experience in journalism, digital media, and broadcast alike, and am a consistent, deliberative achiever with a passion for creativity and a love of sports. Between writing for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, volunteering at UGA’s student-led sports broadcast, and serving as executive creative content creator for UGA HEROs, I have seen first-hand the impacts sports and media, respectively, can have on people. I love sports media because of just that – I’ve seen how it can shine a light in places that may otherwise be dark. Apart from school and work, I am a member of the Gamma Delta chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta and also run an art business where I hand paint banners and signs. Additionally, I love spending time outdoors and am always listening to a wide variety of music. I would love to connect with you.
