ABOUT KATHRYN HOLLAND

I help organizations bring their missions to life by pairing technology with strategy and creative thinking. For more than a decade, I’ve guided nonprofits and enterprise clients through SaaS implementations, P2P fundraising event builds, and platform optimizations that not only meet technical requirements but also strengthen client confidence and participant engagement.My approach is hands-on and people-focused. I work side by side with clients to translate complex functionality into clear solutions, foster understanding of their platforms, and encourage continued growth. Whether restructuring at-risk implementations, launching new features, or streamlining processes, I prioritize empathy, collaboration, and measurable outcomes that make a lasting impact.Each step in my career has added color and depth to how I serve clients—combining hard work, curiosity, and enthusiasm with a strong foundation in communication and technical problem-solving. At the heart of it all, I strive to leave people feeling supported, informed, and confident in their ability to succeed.I grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and studied Organizational Communication and Computer & Information Sciences at the University of South Alabama. Outside of work, I’m a fan of youth sports, photography, kayaking, and travel. I\'m a lifelong New Orleans Saints fan and an enthusiastic (and superstitious) member of the Who Dat Nation.
