ABOUT MORGAN HOLIEN

I’m a people-first leader who believes clear communication, empathy, and accountability build the strongest teams.Over the past decade, I built my leadership career with LCS, guiding senior living communities through complex operational and cultural transformations, including navigating the pandemic, property renovations, marketing turnarounds, and team rebuilds that strengthened engagement and overall performance.Today, I lead the North American sales team supporting the REI × Intrepid Travel partnership and help shape the sales systems, processes, and team structure behind this growing collaboration.I take pride in connecting strategy to people, ensuring that goals, processes, and outcomes stay grounded in genuine human connection. My leadership style blends structure with approachability; I believe humor, transparency, and compassion are just as essential to leadership as analytics and planning.Outside of work, I’m passionate about community building, mental health advocacy, and the outdoors. Travel has always been one of the most meaningful ways I learn and grow, experiencing new cultures, exploring unfamiliar places, and gaining perspective beyond my own backyard. In 2025, I took a personal sabbatical to hike the 2,650-mile Pacific Crest Trail, an experience that reshaped my perspective on resilience, leadership, and the power of community.
