Facilitating donor and cord blood unit case activities to resolve barriers and issues in order to progress the patient case. Executing a high level of customer service to include continuous development and enhancement of relationships with transplant centers as well as collaborative relationships with supplier network partners. Maintaining clinical and HLA knowledge as applicable to case management process. Utilizing critical thinking and solution-based approaches to tackle situations and navigate the nuances of each individual patient case.
