Originally from Korea, I embarked on an academic journey that led to a PhD in Physics and further postdoctoral research. Transitioning into the tech industry, I assumed leadership roles in data science and analytics, driving actionable insights and championing a data-driven culture across various sectors.While I\'ve always held a deep-rooted passion for personal empowerment and leadership development, I\'ve recently taken a bold step in this direction. As a woman who understands our unique challenges, and as an entrepreneur, I\'m now devoted to empowering Asian women. Assisting them in navigating their distinct hurdles, I focus on instilling the core values of audacity, courage, and big-heartedness. My approach is about helping these women to boldly claim their space, courageously face challenges, and passionately pursue their dreams with a generous spirit.
