This is my community, and I want to see it thrive.As President of Lake Ridge Bank, my goal is to build the best community bank in the state — one known for exceptional client service, strong growth and retention, and a genuine commitment to relationships.I also want Lake Ridge Bank to be a place where some of the brightest, friendliest, and hardest-working people in banking want to build their careers. When we work together — clients, associates, shareholders, and the community — everyone prospers.I bring more than 40 years of banking experience to this role. I started at age 16 as a teller in a community bank and have worked in nearly every area of banking since. My father was a bank president, so you could say banking is in my blood. After college, I worked at a large regional bank in Madison and at the Federal Reserve Bank, before happily returning to community banking.That varied experience helps me lead with perspective and create a better banking experience for every client we serve.
