Hello I am Hodan Ibrahim I am currently an Executive in Communications and Engagement @Wipro UK This is a new and exciting role that I am excited to learn about and grow within, until then here\'s what I learned previously in Project Management : In my six-month role as a Project Management Coordinator, my primary focus was analysing and reviewing project hiring data. This involved gathering and assessing hiring-related information, identifying trends, and ensuring data accuracy. Additionally, I had the opportunity to serve as a speaker, presenting project updates to stakeholders, and as an app tester, evaluating project-related software functionality. I collaborated with teams in both the UK and India offices, gaining exposure to diverse work environments. I learned the importance of maintaining clear and organized records for effective project management. Overall, my role encompassed data analysis, presentation skills, testing, cross-office collaboration, and meticulous record-keeping, contributing to a well-rounded skill set in project coordination. I am also passionate about: People Management / Coordinating: I enjoy finding out the best in people and helping them grow within a role and a company with internal programs and rewards. I developed and gained two years of experience in this passion while working in different parts of the HR Learning, and Development departments. Marketing and Social Media Outreach: I love using my creativity to build and plan marketing campaigns and social media posts. I believe I can give a different insight due to my international experiences in the Middle Eastern/ North African Market and the UK. My go-to tools - Google Analytics - Canva - Adobe Suite - Notion - Campaign Monitor 🧠 ADHD and Dyslexia are vital parts of my personality that have built my character and are my secret weapons into why I\'m amazing. People usually don\'t take the time to get to know me when they see ADHD and Dyslexia in my bio, but I am also just a Londoner who loves animation and storytelling with no drawing skills to my name.
