I love the worlds of information and technology. As a senior manager in PwC\'s DAT Tech & Data practice, we are always challenged to embrace the next-gen technologies that advance and evolve our approaches for the better. I am interested in helping clients understand and control their data, so working in the Data Governance arena has been a recent career highlight, leading implementations for clients as well as evaluating current implementations and guiding clients towards the right approach for them. My background of Computer Science has always been a cornerstone of what I can bring to the table, and as a lead in developing and executing PwC\'s Code Review Center of Excellence, we not only help clients ensure they know what is happening with the queries that power their reporting, I also am leading the effort to automate and standardize the approach by developing accelerators in Python and UIPath (RPA). I also have extensive experience in the broadcast and new media arenas with an additional focus on software automation. While at NBCUniversal, my team would be the ones to identify heavily manual processes and then develop and implement an integrated, automated system that incorporates users\' needs while also focusing on the actual business objective. We wouldn\'t stop at just creating a new UI - we sought out important ways to centralize and integrate data sources so a user had needed information at their disposal. On a management and leadership note, I love to guide a team through the hurdles and potential pitfalls of project management so we can all emerge successful and victorious on the other side. My time in the U.S. Air Force as a Communications Officer taught me a lot about what works and what doesn\'t when it comes to human dynamics and I made careful note in each learning situation.
