My background is in design and development but for the past 3-4 years I have been mostly leveraging my knowledge and experience to help me organize, build and lead high performing and happy product teams with the aim to solve user problems and accomplish business goals. I’m a strong believer in lean and agile methodologies and follow a hypothesis driven process to ensure that the right user/customer problems are being solved while also ensuring they achieve the right business goals.One of my key philosophies to creating good products is ensuring that the team building it is happy, motivated and have a strong sense of ownership, alignment and impact on that product. So while I am a strong believer of methodical process, I also don’t believe in process for process sake and ensure that it is always evolving and adjusting for each team and project, so that it is in a constant state of improvement and teams feel ownership of the process.
