Greetings! I’m Kevin Hobbs - a Certified Agile Professional with 7+ years of experience in servant leadership, facilitation, and leading teams. While possessing an Agile mindset, I am passionate about agility, promoting value, and building psychologically safe environments that promote team success.I have experience implementing Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retro), I enjoy the opportunity to assist others in ways to become more effective and efficient while producing excellent work and becoming one of the best versions of themselves! Increasing team productivity and boosting team moral are also major bonuses of being a teacher and within the Scrum Master position.Outside of work I love coaching youth sports, spending quality time with family and loved ones, and playing basketball whenever I get a chance!I look forward to my next chapter of continuing to learn and grow.
