About Hoan N.

One of the core values that drive me to move on in life is to become proactive and responsible. It\'s okay to let challenges come. But it\'s not okay to just sit in the storm and become a victim. To hold the responsibility to myself is to have \"response-ability\"- the ability to choose my response to either win or be defeated. Taking the initiative to particular circumstances empowers myself to create circumstances without anybody\'s attitudes and behavior interfering. In any area of life, I always strive my best to place value on people and to bring the best out of them. The relationships with individuals and the results I can produce for long-term development are my main focus. Becoming a people-focus, I constantly ask myself \"What can I do for other people?\" instead of \" What can people do for me?\" Raised in a hard-working family, it\'s a second nature for me to give out the little extra effort and go out of my comfort zone to create the abundance in the results. I understand that failure is not the end of the world but the feedback of what I haven\'t done right and I need to change to become better version of myself. As Rolfe Kerr, a friend of the author Stephen R. Covey, has expressed in his personal creed,\"Do not fear mistakes - fear only the absence of creative, constructive, and corrective responses to those mistakes.\"
