Assist in the monthly closing of accounts, preparation of tax declarations, and financial statements- Manage customer accounts, including payment tracking, refunds, credit notes, follow-ups, invoicing, overdue payments, and high-risk clients- Oversee and validate purchases and expense reports (NDF), ensuring proper cost allocation- Contribute to financial reporting, business analysis, and management control, including acquisition costs, margins, and profitability- Verify, record, and allocate invoices within the billing system- Handle banking operations, including bank reconciliations and transaction processing- Monitor and analyze the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency- Analyze overall sales and business performance, identifying trends and growth opportunities- Track and analyze key financial KPIs (MRR, ARR, churn, upsell, LTV) and provide strategic insights to the sales team- Supervise and manage client commissions, marketplace fees, and partner agency payouts- Lead digital transformation initiatives and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
