Senior Researcher for Plan X. As part of the wider Open Digital Planning initiative funded by the UK Government, Plan X is a digital planning service that makes planning information simpler and more transparent for everyone. Working closely with the Design team of Open System Labs, a non-profit R&D lab specialising in solving difficult problems in the public sector and built environments, I helped to improve the current experience ofsubmitting planning applications while supporting faster planning decisions by utilising bettertechnology guided by a true understanding of the needs of residents, applicants, and planningprofessionals.
