Education:I completed my undergraduate degree at Auburn University, majoring in Finance, graduating in May 2023. Recognizing the importance of continuous growth, I decided to pursue an MBA at the Harbert College of Business. This academic pursuit has provided me with a solid foundation in business strategy, leadership, and advanced quantitative analysis.Throughout my four years of undergraduate studies, I worked for the Harbert College of Business Office of Professional and Career Development. In this role, I was entrusted with highly confidential tasks, effectively communicated with approximately 60 students, and consistently practiced equity and upheld high ethical standards. Due to my exceptional performance, I was promoted within the organization to serve on our leadership council. In this capacity, I managed a team of 30-40 Peer Instructors, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in managing their own classrooms. These efforts were recognized through two raises. Building on the momentum I generated within the OPCD, I was granted an opportunity to contribute further as a Graduate Assistant within the office. In this current position, I continue to make a positive impact by leveraging my previous experiences and skills.Experience Highlights: In 2020, I embarked on an internship where I was mentored by the director of Treasury Management at a local community bank. During this time, I created a competitive analysis on fee schedules, which was utilized by senior management for strategic planning. I also conducted primary research from competitors, leveraging my confident communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills. In the summer of 2021, I completed an internship focused on prospecting and sales communication. Through this experience, I honed my skills in building a book of business through referral-based calls. I also consulted with clients on financial planning and made referrals to licensed partners for continued advice. This internship allowed me to develop valuable self-directed business growth skills.During the summer of 2022, I embarked on an internship where I gained exposure to Business Insurance and Employee Health and Benefits. In this role, I analyzed companies\' insurance and benefits packages using reports such as Cost and Benefit Analysis, Benchmarking, and Cost Summary. I successfully constructed a complete Benefits Renewal Strategy and had the privilege to present my findings to an audience of approximately 40 people, including the company\'s C-Suite.
