About Hannah Collins

I work with growth, marketing, and product teams focused on how they acquire, engage, and retain their customers. A lot of the conversations I’m in today are with teams trying to make their data more actionable. It’s often spread across tools or sitting in a warehouse without a clear way to trigger messaging or personalize experiences in real time. At the same time, many are trying to move away from batch-and-blast campaigns toward more connected, behavior-driven experiences across email, RCS, WhatsApp, SMS, push, and in-app. There’s also increasing interest in using AI in a way that actually helps teams decide what to send, who to send it to, and when, rather than adding more complexity. Always open to connecting with others working on similar challenges or sharing what’s working. Outside of my day-to-day, I care a lot about the intersection of technology and social impact. Recently honored to be a finalist for Braze’s Global Social Impact Award, which is something I’m really proud of. I’m also part of the team supporting programs like Tech for an Equitable Future, helping bring on underrepresented founders.
