I’m an IT Infrastructure and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) leader with 20 years of experience helping global organizations modernize operations, improve reliability, and scale cloud platforms securely. I’ve led initiatives at Oracle, Microsoft, and consulting firms, combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver measurable improvements in uptime, performance, and customer experience.At Oracle, I scaled the SRE function within Data Center Asset Management, leading reliability for what was previously a core Dev team. I drove Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Postmortem processes, reduced incidents and recovery times, automated deployments, and built dashboards that improved SLA/KPI visibility and compliance.At Microsoft, I led large-scale Azure migrations, modernized CI/CD pipelines—cutting deployment times from two weeks to two days—and implemented observability frameworks sustaining 99.9%+ availability. I drove Identity & Access Management (IAM), endpoint management, and security compliance initiatives, while embedding proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting to accelerate incident resolution. I partnered across engineering, product, and operations teams to align technical goals with business outcomes, instilling a culture of customer obsession and continuous improvement.Earlier consulting and engineering roles gave me a strong foundation in customer alignment, enterprise support, and infrastructure operations.I enjoy balancing the day-to-day work of keeping systems running smoothly with building tools and processes that make operations easier in the long run.
