Assess training needs, determining best instructional methods, designs, develops and implements training programs to assist MGM in achieving business goals. Approaches customer solutions in an iterative way – always meeting customer needs. Skilled in communicating and translating customer needs into content deliverables, functioning as an internal consultant to assess, recommend, design, develop and measure learning solutions to support strategic business goals. • Create suitable instructional design methods, media selection, and facilitation style for the implementation of organizational solutions. Create computer, web and/or multimedia-based layout, graphics, animation, and/or content for use in presentations, video productions, multimedia programs, websites, communications, and other electronic media, based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts. • Research and develop curriculum that is appropriate to the business needs and advances the effectiveness of the talent development function by recommending appropriate methods and tools to address training/learning needs. Evaluate and offer input and feedback on alternate sources of instructional design and facilitation, and assist in ensuring alignment with organizational goals and direction. • Manage cause, knowledge, or gap analyses to help determine appropriate training delivery options. Organize new and existing course content with optimum instructional methods including instructor-led, e-learning and blended approaches. • Supervise Learning Partner(s)- Instructional Design and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
