About Hailey M. Mangrum

From a very young age, I was raised to use my voice and prioritize people. it\'s safe to say I took the advice literal. I enjoy curating culture through intentional strategy. I spend most of my time in the workplace enabling behavior change through leadership development programs helping employees become better people to work with. Simply put, I\'m in the people business. With an extensive background in communications - I enjoy telling the story of a brand through high impact programs, activations, community engagement, and so on. My professional experiences in higher education, non-profit, marketing, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and working in the corporate space have allowed me to bring a multi-faceted perspective and approach to my work. I value community, culture, meaningful connections, story-telling with data, and making a substantial impact.

   Manages and facilitates 7-week Management and Leadership Essentials Program, equipping new people leaders with tools, resources, and skills necessary for creating inclusive environments, driving results, and developing their direct reports.Created hybrid leadership development workshop series for all employees to increase access to learning and development opportunities + address gaps.Partners with business leaders to assess skill gaps in leadership development for their vertical to provide their teams with resources and opportunities for growth- Women\'s Employee Resource Group Co-Chair (20••••23)- Black Employee Resource Group Co-Chair (20••••24)In both of these roles, I co-manage corporate events from ideation to execution. Heavy collaboration with procurement, external and community partners, corporate communications, minority-owned businesses/ vendors, and facilities. Additionally, often sought out to communicate the brand, tell the story, and represent the company for initiatives and events held locally in Charlotte and for recruiting and marketing purposes. Now advises current ERG leadership across demographics to program at scale while meeting business needs.
