As Trustee of Sheffield and Rotherham Wildlife Trust I have been involved in setting the strategy, which involved undertaking a review of the external and internal pressures which impact on the organisation considering the threats and opportunities for our work as part of annual business planning. As a result of refreshed Strategy, which places a greater emphasis on nature recovery networks, nature base solutions and empowering people to take action for nature, the internal Outcome Groups were aligned to maximise impact. The Sheffield and Rotherham Wildlife Trust work to create a Living Landscape, focusing on 3 outcomes:1. Creating a Network for Nature2. Connecting people with nature3. Taking action for nature and wildlife
