As Group Director, I work closely with the CEO and board to ensure our people, culture, and operations are all pulling in the same direction.My role is about turning our purpose, values, and ESG commitments into everyday reality — whether that’s shaping strategy, guiding senior leaders, or making sure the way we work truly supports our colleagues and communities.I oversee a broad remit, including People, Internal Communications, Legitimacy, IT, Data, Governance, and Risk, and I’m hands-on in driving cultural change, DEI initiatives, leadership development, and community engagement.
